Recruitment of new staff can be a painstaking task and we are so pleased to have found Sam Hyde who has over a period of 6 years come to know our company culture, the environment and the people working here. I needed an assistant urgently, over a very difficult period of the year. Most agencies just told me it would be difficult to recruit the right candidate over the period.
